And what about MacOS?

Well, without a Mac to test builds, it is going to be difficult to supply the platform with binaries. But: Python 3.7 as well as Qt 5 *do* run on Mac OS, therefore it should be absolutely doable. I suggest heading over to the source code repository. If you are able to achieve any progress, I would be curious to hear about it ;-)
